What you get

This isn't a program you download. It's 1:1 coaching, built around you and adjusted as your life moves.

Training

Built for the sports you play, around three capacities: speed, endurance, and durability. Better actions, more often, for longer. Your sessions live in your coaching app, along with their pivots: Plan A for a normal day, and a plan for the hotel gym, the short day, and the flare-up.

Fueling

Nutrition built around your goal and your life. Fueling for performance, dropping body fat, or building muscle: each phase gets the level of detail it needs. What gets measured gets managed, so we'll find the way of measuring that works for you. Your food log connects to the same app as your training.

Recovery

Recovery is where progress actually happens. We track your sleep quality and quantity alongside your nutrition, and use both to manage your training load, so you push when you're ready and pivot when you're not.

Systems and skills

Systems are the planning that makes showing up easier: deciding what and where you'll eat on the road before you leave, and having a plan ready for the day there's no full gym.

Skills are what you build inside: noticing the voice that tries to talk you out of it, and choosing the 20-minute workout at 9 p.m. instead of skipping the day. That's how athletes train, and not just when it's easy.

A coach in your pocket

Text, voice notes, and form videos on WhatsApp, with check-ins and calls set around your goals and schedule. The best results come from daily to weekly contact. That's real accountability: someone who knows you, notices, and adjusts.

What coaching looks like week to week

Before you start. Your strategy call maps out where you are, where you want to go, and how your life actually runs.

Week one: onboarding. Your onboarding week is ready the day you sign up. You'll do your baseline testing and answer a few more questions, and your first program goes live, built toward your short-term goals and your long-term vision.

Every day. Open your coaching app and today's session is there, with its pivots ready if you need them. Track the few things that matter most for your goal right now, like fueling and sleep, and I'll give you feedback so you're ready for the next session wherever you land. Send voice notes and form videos anytime. The more I know, the better the decisions I can make for you.

Each week. We look at the week ahead: the trip, the late meetings, the Saturday match. The pivots are ready before life gets in the way. We check in on a rhythm set around your goals, from daily messages to weekly calls, and I adjust what's next.

When life changes anyway. Tell me, and the plan pivots. You don't start over.

You don't have to hold all the decisions. That's my job.

Coaching for a life on the move

For frequent travelers, expats, and anyone whose calendar crosses time zones. Whether you travel for work, split time between two cities, or are moving overseas, your training comes with you.

Full gym, hotel gym, or nothing at all. Before you leave, your plan knows what you'll have, and it's built to fit.

New time zones. We plan your sessions around jet lag, not against it, and use your sleep data to decide when to push and when to hold back.

Eating on the road. Business dinners, airport food, a menu in a language you don't speak. We decide ahead of time how you'll fuel, so you're not making it up at the table.

Living between places. I'm doing it myself, splitting time between two cities on my way to Brazil. Your plan moves when you do.

Ready wherever you land.

Coaching questions

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Coaching starts with a 4-month commitment, then goes month to month. Four months is enough time to build real momentum and see what you're capable of.

Can I pause coaching when I travel?

No, and you won't need to. Travel is when coaching matters most. Your plan pivots to whatever you'll have on the road, so you keep your momentum instead of starting over when you get home.

Do I have to track my food?

Only as much as your goal needs. Some phases call for more detail, like dropping body fat or building muscle. Others need less. What gets measured gets managed, so we'll find the level of tracking that fits your goal and your life.

How is this different from a training app?

An app gives you a program. I give you a coach. Your plan is built for you, adjusted every week, and ready to pivot when life changes, with a real person on WhatsApp who knows your goals, your history, and your schedule.

What equipment do I need?

Access to barbells, dumbbells, or kettlebells. Building real strength for performance and longevity means being able to lift heavy, and those tools make that possible. Beyond that, it depends on your goals. My clients train everywhere from home gyms to commercial gyms to bodyweight sessions at waterfront parks in Honolulu.

What if I live in a different time zone?

That's who this is built for. Coaching happens in your app and on WhatsApp, so you train and check in on your schedule, wherever you are.

Start where you are.

You don't need to get in shape first. You need a plan that meets you here.

  1. Book a 30-minute strategy call. Pick a time that works in your time zone.
  2. Answer a few quick questions. Your goals, your schedule, and your history, so our time goes further.
  3. Get a clear next step. If coaching is a fit, you'll leave knowing exactly how we'd start. If it isn't, I'll tell you.
